Spa Policies
Often our therapists can be booked back-to-back so we require all clients to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment to ensure we start you on time and you receive your full service. Late arrivals may result in your appointment being cut short in order to maintain our schedule.


  1. Bookings made prior to 24 hours notice require a 50% deposit on confirmation.
  2. Bookings made within 24 hours require full payment at time of confirmation.
  3. For promotional discounts, 50% deposit of original retail price is taken at time of confirmation with remaining payment made after treatment. Application of this can be described as follows: For a 20% discount off a $180 treatment would mean $90 would be taken at time of booking with $54 paid after treatment.
  4. Should you need to amend or cancel your appointment, we request a minimum notification of 24 hours for any single appointment, after which 100% of the full service fee will be charged.
  5. For group bookings of 2-3 people, 48 hours minimum notice is required, after which 100% of the full-service fee will be charged. 
  6. For group bookings of 4 or more people or event bookings, an alternative cancellation policy applies which will be communicated upon booking.
  7. 100% of the full service will be charged for any late cancellations or no-show appointments.

Return Policies
Unopened products with a valid receipt can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Child & Pet Policies
To ensure a tranquil and relaxing environment for all our guests, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the spa unless they are receiving a treatment.
Guests under 18 years of age receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Due to health codes and to ensure we maintain a sanitary environment, no animals are allowed in the spa. Special allowances are made for seeing guide dogs. Please let us know this in advance.


By participating in any of our promotions you agree to the terms and conditions. 

1. Entry into a competitions and prize draw is open to NZ residents aged 18 or over.

2. Employees of Moss Spa and their immediate families, associated suppliers, retailers or companies associated are ineligible to enter. 

3.Winner are chosen by random draw using random selection. The winner will/may be notified first via online direct messages and then by email (using the details provided). If the winner cannot be contacted by Moss within 7 days of Moss's first attempt of notifying the winner of his or her win, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Moss will be entitled to select another winner. Moss shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to any event beyond its control. 

4. The prize will be delivered to the winner within 14 days of the winner being notified of their win. Moss' decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 

5. The Prize cannot be split into parts and used on separate dates or be refunded or transferred. Any remaining or unused credit cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred.

6. Moss reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. East reserves the right to alter, cancel or withdraw this promotion at any time without further notice. 

7. Moss may collect personal information, about entrants to enable entrants to participate in this promotion.

8. By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to receive promotion material from Moss.
